Kicking Horse Mountain Ski Resort in Golden, BC is the ultimate winter destination and only a short drive frm Beaverfoot. The resort is home to the highest vertical at 1,260 feet, with deeper and lighter snow than anywhere else in the Kootenay Rockies. This resort offers 106 runs to its skiers and snowboarders, as well as many other winter activities.

Snow Shoeing and Cross Country Skiing

Enjoy the many trails in and around the property and the surrounding parks. For your convenience we will be happy to rent equipment to you from our Trading Post.

Given the right weather conditions, Beaverfoot Lodge offers skating on our pond. Nothing like a moon lit skate for two.
