Mindful Yoga

I am Alika, a yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of yoga styles. Over the years, I have practiced Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, Power Yoga, Animal Flow, Vinyasa, Bikram, Iyengar, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kriya, Jivamukti, Acro Yoga, Yoga 23, Fly Yoga, Tabata Yoga, prenatal yoga during three pregnancies, yoga therapy, and more.

This journey has allowed me to develop my own style, deeply rooted in understanding and feeling the process, as well as tuning into the unique needs of each participant. In every session, I draw from this vast array of techniques, carefully selecting the most beneficial practices for the moment.

Join me every morning from 6:00 to 7:30 AM at our art retreat center for a yoga practice that combines movement, breathwork, meditation, and ends with a serene tea ceremony. Private sessions and masterclasses are also available upon request.
