1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all reservations made through this website.
1.2 The website is operated by Beaverfoot Lodge, located at 4220 Beaverfoot Rd, Golden, BC V0A1H0, Canada.

2. Reservations and Payment

2.1 All reservations are subject to availability.
2.2 A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
2.3 Payment policies, including deposits and cancellations, vary depending on the type of reservation. Please review the specific terms associated with your booking.
2.4 Taxes and service charges are additional unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available within 7 days from the date of booking.
  • No refunds after 7 days.

3.2 Modifications:

  • Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. 
4.2 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.3 A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in. 

5. Lodge Policies

5.1 Guests are required to comply with all lodge policies, including but not limited to noise restrictions, smoking policies, and pet policies.
5.2 The lodge reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these policies.
5.3 The lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

5.4 Additional Fees for Pets: An extra charge of $50.

5.5 Grill Usage: A fee of $20 is applicable for grill usage.
5.6 Sauna Usage: The sauna is available at $50 per hour.

5.7 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM. Please respect other guests and neighbors during this time.

6. Liability

6.1 The lodge is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
6.2 The lodge is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during your stay. Guests are encouraged to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

7. Privacy Policy
